1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Aslingo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Service

Aslingo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the app without our prior written permission.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use any automated means to access or scrape the service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Aslingo offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription, which is billed through the Apple App Store. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the Aslingo app and website — including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Glory Labs Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our express written permission.

5. User Content

If you submit any content to us (such as feedback or email communications), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aslingo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glory Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
